About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee elevated dining, beverage, and service operations for a luxury hospitality environment. This role is well-suited for someone who can balance creative hospitality with operational discipline—bringing structure to service, financials, team development, and guest experience.

The ideal candidate understands the pace and expectations of high-end hospitality. You know how to lead through standards, not ego; how to protect margins without compromising the experience; and how to build teams that deliver consistently at a luxury level.

Key Areas of Ownership

F&B Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily execution across restaurant, bar, lounge, private dining, events, or member-facing F&B outlets
  • Establish standards for service flow, menu execution, guest recovery, team communication, and operational readiness
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, events, and executive leadership to align experience, staffing, and financial goals

Financial Performance & Margin Management

  • Manage labor, cost of goods, purchasing discipline, inventory controls, and department-level financial performance
  • Review reporting to identify opportunities for improved profitability, service efficiency, and revenue growth
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning tied to seasonal or event-driven demand

Team Development & Service Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, servers, bartenders, sommeliers, and support teams
  • Build accountability around standards while maintaining a positive, polished, and professional culture
  • Partner with HR or talent teams on hiring, training, onboarding, and retention of key F&B talent

Guest Experience & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure food, beverage, and service delivery reflect the brand’s positioning and clientele
  • Support VIP experiences, private events, wine dinners, chef collaborations, and other elevated programming
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence with guests, members, ownership, and internal teams

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, fine dining, or premium hospitality groups
  • Proven ability to lead managers and hourly teams in high-expectation service environments
  • Strong financial acumen, including labor management, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and cost control
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, culinary operations, and service standards appropriate for a luxury clientele
  • Experience supporting private events, VIP guests, or membership-based hospitality strongly preferred
  • Calm, polished leadership style with high standards and strong follow-through

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $125K–$165K DOE
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Dining, wine, travel, or property-related perks depending on brand structure
  • Opportunity to lead an elevated F&B program with strong brand momentum
