About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to oversee elevated dining, beverage, and service operations for a luxury hospitality environment. This role is well-suited for someone who can balance creative hospitality with operational discipline—bringing structure to service, financials, team development, and guest experience.
The ideal candidate understands the pace and expectations of high-end hospitality. You know how to lead through standards, not ego; how to protect margins without compromising the experience; and how to build teams that deliver consistently at a luxury level.
Key Areas of Ownership
F&B Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily execution across restaurant, bar, lounge, private dining, events, or member-facing F&B outlets
- Establish standards for service flow, menu execution, guest recovery, team communication, and operational readiness
- Partner with culinary, beverage, events, and executive leadership to align experience, staffing, and financial goals
Financial Performance & Margin Management
- Manage labor, cost of goods, purchasing discipline, inventory controls, and department-level financial performance
- Review reporting to identify opportunities for improved profitability, service efficiency, and revenue growth
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning tied to seasonal or event-driven demand
Team Development & Service Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, servers, bartenders, sommeliers, and support teams
- Build accountability around standards while maintaining a positive, polished, and professional culture
- Partner with HR or talent teams on hiring, training, onboarding, and retention of key F&B talent
Guest Experience & Brand Alignment
- Ensure food, beverage, and service delivery reflect the brand’s positioning and clientele
- Support VIP experiences, private events, wine dinners, chef collaborations, and other elevated programming
- Maintain a visible leadership presence with guests, members, ownership, and internal teams
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, fine dining, or premium hospitality groups
- Proven ability to lead managers and hourly teams in high-expectation service environments
- Strong financial acumen, including labor management, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, culinary operations, and service standards appropriate for a luxury clientele
- Experience supporting private events, VIP guests, or membership-based hospitality strongly preferred
- Calm, polished leadership style with high standards and strong follow-through
