About the Role

We’re seeking a polished, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a luxury boutique hotel known for thoughtful hospitality, strong design sensibility, and a highly personal guest experience. This role requires a leader who can move comfortably between strategy and floor presence—someone who understands owners, guests, teams, reputation, and financial performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hotel leader who thrives in an intimate, high-touch environment where every detail matters and brand experience is built one guest interaction at a time.

Key Areas of Ownership

Property Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Lead day-to-day hotel operations while protecting the character, standards, and positioning of the brand
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader for ownership, guests, department heads, and external partners
  • Ensure the property experience feels refined, warm, consistent, and aligned with luxury expectations

Financial & Commercial Performance

  • Own property-level performance across rooms, F&B, events, guest satisfaction, labor, expenses, and profitability
  • Partner with revenue management, sales, marketing, and ownership to support rate strategy and demand generation
  • Review reporting and KPIs to drive informed decisions around staffing, pricing, service, and investment priorities

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Recruit, retain, and develop leaders across front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, sales, and guest services
  • Build a culture of accountability, hospitality, communication, and pride in the details
  • Lead through visible presence, coaching, standards, and calm problem-solving

Guest Experience & Reputation Management

  • Maintain a pulse on guest feedback, online reputation, service recovery, and VIP expectations
  • Ensure high-touch moments are delivered consistently across the guest journey
  • Represent the hotel within the local community, luxury travel market, and strategic partnership ecosystem

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including GM, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or senior operations leadership experience
  • Luxury, boutique, lifestyle, resort, or private club experience strongly preferred
  • Strong command of hotel financials, labor planning, revenue strategy, guest experience, and department leadership
  • Proven ability to partner with ownership and lead in an entrepreneurial or independent brand environment
  • Strong community presence, polish, emotional intelligence, and service instincts
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; hospitality management background or luxury brand experience a plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $150K–$190K DOE
  • Incentive compensation tied to performance
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • PTO, paid holidays, and executive-level flexibility
  • Hotel, dining, travel, and brand-related perks
  • Opportunity to lead a distinctive luxury property with strong reputation and growth potential
