About the Role
We’re seeking a senior-level relationship builder to lead private client, membership, and loyalty growth for an ultra-premium wine or luxury lifestyle brand. This role is designed for someone who understands that the best client relationships are built through trust, discretion, personalization, and long-term value—not aggressive selling.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial instincts, hospitality polish, data fluency, and emotional intelligence. You know how to build meaningful connections with high-value clients while also creating systems that allow those relationships to scale.

- Improve onboarding, renewal, reactivation, upgrade, and referral strategies
- Use client data and behavioral insights to personalize communication and improve conversion
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with key clients, collectors, concierges, hospitality partners, and strategic referral sources
- Support private tastings, allocation events, winemaker dinners, travel experiences, and bespoke client touchpoints
- Ensure every client interaction reflects discretion, taste, and brand integrity
Team & Systems Leadership
- Lead or partner with client-facing teams responsible for membership, concierge, hospitality, or sales support
- Improve CRM discipline, segmentation, reporting, communication cadence, and follow-up standards
- Translate growth goals into clear activity, pipeline, and retention metrics
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in wine, luxury hospitality, private client sales, membership, wealth-adjacent services, or premium consumer brands
- Proven success growing high-value client relationships, membership programs, or loyalty-driven revenue channels
- Strong understanding of DTC wine, luxury guest experience, CRM usage, segmentation, and client lifecycle management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
- Experience working with collectors, UHNW clients, private clubs, luxury travel, or premium lifestyle brands preferred
- Discreet, polished, proactive, and naturally relationship-oriented
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $135K–$175K DOE
- Annual performance bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits
- PTO, paid holidays, and flexible work culture
- Wine allotment, trade discounts, and private event access
- Opportunity to shape the private client strategy for a premium brand with meaningful growth ahead
