About the Role

We’re seeking a refined, commercially minded hospitality leader to oversee the guest experience strategy for a luxury wine, culinary, or lifestyle destination. This role is ideal for someone who understands that exceptional hospitality is both an art and an operating discipline—where service culture, brand standards, team leadership, and financial performance must work together seamlessly.

The right leader brings presence, polish, and strong operational judgment. You’ll shape the experience guests remember, while building the systems, teams, and leadership cadence that allow a luxury brand to scale without losing its soul.

Key Areas of Ownership

Guest Experience Strategy

  • Define and elevate the end-to-end guest journey across tasting, dining, lodging, membership, private events, and VIP experiences
  • Establish service standards that reflect the brand’s positioning, clientele, and long-term growth goals
  • Partner with ownership and executive leadership to identify opportunities to deepen guest loyalty and brand affinity

Hospitality Operations Leadership

  • Oversee hospitality managers, guest-facing teams, and experience-driven departments
  • Build structure around service execution, scheduling, training, guest recovery, and performance accountability
  • Ensure daily operations reflect both high-touch service and disciplined business practices

Revenue & Experience Optimization

  • Partner with sales, events, membership, and marketing teams to improve conversion, retention, and guest spend
  • Use guest feedback, revenue data, and operational insights to refine programming and improve profitability
  • Support premium experiences, private client opportunities, and strategic partnerships that enhance brand reach

Culture, Training & Leadership Development

  • Develop managers and emerging leaders who can carry the brand standard consistently
  • Create a culture of calm excellence, emotional intelligence, discretion, and ownership
  • Reinforce service behaviors that feel intuitive, elevated, and personal—not scripted or transactional

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, wine, resorts, private clubs, fine dining, or experiential luxury brands
  • Proven success leading multi-department guest-facing teams in a premium or high-touch environment
  • Strong understanding of service culture, operational systems, guest psychology, and financial performance
  • Executive presence with the ability to work closely with owners, investors, founders, or senior leadership
  • Experience with DTC wine, membership, events, lodging, or culinary programming strongly preferred
  • Naturally composed, polished, and commercially aware—you know how to protect the guest experience while driving results

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $160K–$210K DOE
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • PTO, paid holidays, and executive-level flexibility
  • Wine, dining, travel, or lifestyle benefits depending on brand structure
  • Opportunity to shape the hospitality future of a luxury brand with strong growth potential
