No. We do not charge candidates for placement. Our role is to connect talented professionals with opportunities that align with their experience, goals, and long-term career path.
What types of employers do you work with?
We partner with a range of hospitality-driven employers, including luxury hotels, destination properties, private estates, fine dining groups, hospitality brands, and select food and beverage organizations.
Will you reach out if a role is a good fit, even if I’m not actively applying?
Yes. Many of the professionals in our network are not actively job searching every day. If we see a role that aligns with your background and goals, we may reach out when the fit makes sense.
Can you help me understand whether I’m ready for a leadership role?
We can offer perspective based on the types of roles we see and the qualifications employers are prioritizing. Even if the timing is not right for your next move today, building a relationship now can help you prepare for future opportunities.
Do I need a certification (CMS, WSET, etc.) to be considered?
Not always. Certifications can strengthen your profile for certain roles, but they are not the only factor we consider. Experience, leadership ability, service standards, and overall fit can be just as important depending on the opportunity.
Do you only work with candidates who have luxury hospitality experience?
Luxury hospitality experience is valuable for many of the roles we place, but it is not the only path we consider. Strong leadership, service standards, operational experience, and brand alignment can also make someone a strong fit depending on the role.
Can you help with interview preparation?
Yes. When appropriate, we provide guidance to help candidates feel informed and prepared throughout the interview process.
Do you offer relocation opportunities?
Some opportunities may involve relocation, depending on the role and employer. When relocation is part of the search, we will be transparent about expectations and help you understand the opportunity clearly.
What if I’m not actively looking but open to the right fit?
That is completely fine. Many of the professionals we work with are not actively applying, but are open to the right opportunity. We are happy to learn more about your background and keep you in mind for future roles that align with your goals.
