Do you charge candidates for placement?
Never. Our recruiting services are completely free for job seekers. We’re here to help you find the right opportunity — not charge you to explore it.
What types of employers do you work with?
We partner with Michelin-starred restaurants, wineries, luxury resorts, private estates, and other high-end hospitality brands across the West Coast and beyond.
Do I need a certification (CMS, WSET, etc.) to be considered?

Certifications are often preferred, especially for sommelier and wine director roles — but not always required. What matters most is your experience, presence, and ability to align with a brand’s guest experience.

Do you offer relocation opportunities?
Relocation support depends on the client and the role. Many of our partners are open to out-of-market candidates — particularly for leadership and specialized positions — and some do offer relocation assistance as part of the package.
What if I’m not actively looking but open to the right fit?
That’s our specialty. We regularly work with passive candidates — and only reach out when the right opportunity comes along. Your confidentiality and career goals are always respected.
