About the Role

We’re seeking a business-savvy wine professional to lead the operational and commercial execution of a small portfolio of ultra-premium wine brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand development, channel strategy, and operational oversight—ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats while keeping financials, people, and product in balance.

Key Areas of Ownership

Revenue Channel Optimization

  • Partner with sales and hospitality leads to identify high-leverage improvements across DTC, club, e-commerce, and regional distribution
  • Monitor sell-through performance and implement promotions, allocations, or pricing updates based on market response and inventory dynamics

Cross-Functional Program Management

  • Coordinate internal initiatives across production, customer experience, digital, and sales to keep the business on track and moving forward
  • Bring clarity to complex, multi-brand planning—using timelines, KPIs, and systems to drive execution

Operations & Financial Discipline

  • Support budget development, forecast modeling, and cost tracking across departments
  • Evaluate vendor partnerships, workflows, and internal systems to reduce friction and increase efficiency

Team Coordination & Leadership Support

  • Provide structure, accountability, and communication cadence across department heads and projects
  • Assist leadership in translating long-term brand and business goals into executable plans

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in wine, beverage, or luxury consumer goods
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with strong operational, sales, or financial components
  • Familiarity with wine industry business models—including DTC and distributor dynamics
  • Naturally collaborative, organized, and decisive—you move ideas from vision to execution
  • Excel and CRM fluency; comfort working with data, budgets, and timelines
  • Bachelor’s degree required; wine certifications, MBA, or PMP a plus
