About the Role
Looking for a detail-driven Marketing Programs Specialist to support brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-functional project delivery across a group of premium Northwest wine labels.
If you have experience in consumer brand marketing (ideally CPG or beverage), thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for turning insights into action, this is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of thoughtful, purpose-driven wine brands.
This role blends hands-on execution, marketing coordination, and team collaboration. You’ll help bring brand campaigns to life from kickoff to KPI—working closely with creative, digital, sales, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the roll-out of integrated campaigns across tasting room, digital, and wholesale channels
- Help manage creative assets, timelines, and approvals across teams and agency partners
- Assist with content coordination for seasonal releases, promotions, and social activations
Marketing Operations
- Track brand budgets, reconcile expenses, and manage purchase orders and vendor communications
- Maintain timelines, task lists, and reporting dashboards for internal marketing initiatives
- Organize assets and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms
Insights & Reporting
- Pull and synthesize data from tools like IRI, Nielsen, or internal systems to inform decision-making
- Monitor product and campaign performance; flag opportunities, risks, and trends
- Support trade and leadership presentations with clean, insightful decks and talking points
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in brand, trade, or consumer marketing—CPG or wine a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing project tools (Asana, Airtable, or similar)
- Experience using syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) or analyzing sales trends preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills—you’re calm, clear, and curious
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be eligible to work in alcohol-related environments and meet compliance requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $83,000–$108,000 annually, based on relevant experience
