About the Role

Looking for a detail-driven Marketing Programs Specialist to support brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-functional project delivery across a group of premium Northwest wine labels.

If you have experience in consumer brand marketing (ideally CPG or beverage), thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for turning insights into action, this is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of thoughtful, purpose-driven wine brands.

This role blends hands-on execution, marketing coordination, and team collaboration. You’ll help bring brand campaigns to life from kickoff to KPI—working closely with creative, digital, sales, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the roll-out of integrated campaigns across tasting room, digital, and wholesale channels
  • Help manage creative assets, timelines, and approvals across teams and agency partners
  • Assist with content coordination for seasonal releases, promotions, and social activations

Marketing Operations

  • Track brand budgets, reconcile expenses, and manage purchase orders and vendor communications
  • Maintain timelines, task lists, and reporting dashboards for internal marketing initiatives
  • Organize assets and ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms

Insights & Reporting

  • Pull and synthesize data from tools like IRI, Nielsen, or internal systems to inform decision-making
  • Monitor product and campaign performance; flag opportunities, risks, and trends
  • Support trade and leadership presentations with clean, insightful decks and talking points

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, trade, or consumer marketing—CPG or wine a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing project tools (Asana, Airtable, or similar)
  • Experience using syndicated data (e.g., IRI, Nielsen) or analyzing sales trends preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—you’re calm, clear, and curious
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be eligible to work in alcohol-related environments and meet compliance requirements

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $83,000–$108,000 annually, based on relevant experience
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance (effective Day 1)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Employee wine discounts & seasonal allocations
  • Hybrid schedule with office time in the Tri-Cities region (typically 2–3 days/week)

Fast-evolving collection of Pacific Northwest wine brands committed to integrity, innovation, and connection. Team values creativity, execution, and collaboration—lifting each other up while building something special in the wine world.
